life around here is plugging along.  just keeping up with the summer stuff...
it has been a different kinda summer. not bad.. just different.  the weather may have something to do with this.  anyways..

so here is peek at a layout I did. wonderful Chiara had a challenge at HOP.  I had to do three layouts in order to possibly win her Clip-it-Up system. I have wanted one of these for quite some time now.  I know it would make a fabulous addition to help me better use my scrapping supplies.  So keeping my fingers and toes crossed one this one :)  here is the peek...

so tomorrow I have a senior photo session.  I am really nervous again.  I also had a friend email me and say she has a couple of sessions for me too.  love that she thought of me to do them for her and her family :)

looks like we need to get a new fridge.  can anyone say yuck?

I am heading to boston for the weekend for the annual woman of faith conference. I expect it to be fabulous just as it was last year.  good times.

our fresh air child arrives next week!  so excited!!!!  her name is miya!  how cute!

1. I like calendars, stationary items, address books, post-it notes and pens like they are going out of style.
2. I love the look and comfort of baby doll style shirts (although hubby does not).
3. I love iced coffee way too much.
4. I *heart* magazines.
5. I spent too much time on the computer.
6. I find inspiration on Flickr.
7. Facebook is a neat way to keep up on what is going on in peoples lives.
8. I have to wear earrings or I feel naked.
9. My favorite color is green.

11. I love getting pedicures (even though I have the ugliest feet in the state)
12. Flip flops are my choice of footwear in the summertime.

My girl is about to turn 7.  She is having an "American Girl Party" at the movie theater with her friends. They will be enjoying the Kit Kittredge movie together. All the girls are bringing their own AG dolls.  It should be real cute. 

Today Hannah received the new AG magazine in the mail.  She hasn't stopped talking about it and for the longest time wouldn't put the mag down.  Had to take a pic of my true IRL American Girl.  She is as close to a doll as I have found :)  I cant believe my baby is turning 7.  Truly time has escaped me.  

I have been having a hard time getting back into the groove since returning from vacation.  I need to find my groove and dig in.  Seriously, I need to find it.  So send me some grooving would you?? :)
